sneaky peek of my next pattern
I bought this yarn probably a year ago in Las Vegas. It’s Araucania Huasco extrafine merino wool, handpainted in “Palm Springs.” The colorway reminded me of all the yucca, agave, cactus & succulent plants that grow around here and I was enchanted.
I’ve struggled with a few different hat and scarf designs that didn’t work and finally landed on a little boho kerchief design that feels right. I’m calling it the Datil Kerchief, named after a yucca plant that grows around here which is also called a banana yucca.
It is a combination of knit and crochet and I can’t wait to publish the pattern so you can see it!
